Baby Massage and Nurtured Mum Course

(£75 for the full 5 weeks)

Looking for a baby massage course with a difference? Ever feel like you could do with some extra support and advice on how to raise your little one?

My ‘Baby Massage & Nurtured Mum’ course combines massage techniques to soothe and relax your baby, alongside support on all-things parenting, including feeding, developmental stages and self-care. You’ll come away with more confidence for your ongoing parenting journey. These classes are for anyone who wants to learn baby massage, and more, in a nurturing and supportive environment.

The course provides a wonderful combination of physical interaction with your baby, coupled with knowledge to tackle some of the trickier sides of being a new mum. I love seeing mums grow in confidence through the course, coming away with skills for the months and years to come. You receive a bottle of oil and a massage booklet at the beginning of the course and come away with friends, support and a new found confidence.

Suitable from birth onwards.

Our next course starts on Tuesday 4th November, 10.30-11.45 at St John’s Memorial Hall, St Johns, Woking, GU21 7SQ

Plenty of free parking opposite and a lovely coffee shop over the road for afterwards!

A woman gently holding a small baby on her lap, with her head leaning close to the baby, in an indoor setting.
A group of women attending a baby care class, each helping a baby during a practical session in a room with wooden floors.
